Daffodil Month

Cancer is something that has had an impact on almost everyone in some way. This April, we will be raising money and awareness for this cause.

The Daffodil is a symbol of strength and courage in the fight against cancer, and April is Daffodil month. During the month of April, South Surrey Smiles will have bunches of Daffodils available by donation. The minimum donation is $5 and all proceeds go to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Come visit us to join the fight against Cancer and pickup your bunch of Daffodils today.

Other ways that we will be raising funds:

1. FLOWERS – Daffodils are the symbolic flower for cancer awareness in April. Unfortunately, they have bloomed early this year and there is a shortage. In their place, we will have bunches of yellow tulips at our office for the entire month of April. A minimum of $5.00 donation will be accepted for a bunch of tulips.
2. T-SHIRTS – Our team is creating awareness by wearing their FIGHT shirts all month long. We have shirts available for purchase, $20.00 each. All proceeds will go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
3. FREE MENCHIE’S! We will be at Menchie’s in Morgan Crossing on Thursday, April 14th from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Dr. Williams will buy everyone’s Menchie’s! Donations at this event will be collected and appreciated, however, not required.
4. SUNGLASSES – At the Menchie’s event, we will be supplying everyone with yellow sunglasses representing the community coming together to join the fight against cancer.
Join us in the fight to end Cancer! We hope to see you, your team, and your patients at Menchie’s on April 14th!
