Volunteer Pancake Breakfast
The team at South Surrey Smiles had a wonderful opportunity through one of our amazing patients. She had organized a pancake breakfast for a local low-income school. It was devastating to realize that some of these kids come to school hungry. We cooked up hundreds of pancakes for the entire school and the smiles from these kids made it the most rewarding experience.
