In order to ensure that all of our patients have access to quality orthodontic care, we offer a variety of payment options. During your first appointment, our Treatment Coordinator will be happy to assist you to work out a payment option that will best suit your lifestyle.
Cost of treatment
The overall cost of orthodontic treatment varies by the complexity of the case, the type of appliance used (e.g. braces or clear aligners), and the expected duration of treatment. At your initial visit, you will get a complimentary exam, with images, x-rays, and a scan to receive treatment options that are entirely customized for you. At this time, you will also be presented with the cost and options to suit your budget.
Insurance
We work with most insurance plans. If you have insurance coverage for orthodontics, we can help with your forms and we are happy to file your claims on your behalf!

How do I know if I have insurance coverage for braces or aligners?
Many of our patients have insurance coverage and that coverage varies by insurance company. While you can speak directly to your provider to understand your coverage, we can also take that on for you. When you make an appointment for your free consultation, please share your insurance company information with and we’ll have all the details about your insurance coverage ready for you when you arrive!
What is the average cost for braces and aligners?

At this time, you will also be presented with cost and payment options to suit your budget.
Can I pay for treatment over a longer period than my estimated treatment time? For example, if my treatment is estimated to take 24mths, can I pay over 36 months or even 60 months?
For payment plans beyond your treatment time, we offer a 3rd party financing alternative. You can opt for a $0 down payment, interest-bearing plan over a longer period of time of up to 5 years. See link on our page to get pre-approved with no impact to your credit score.
Can I use my Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
In many cases, our patients make use of their HSA or FSA accounts. You can speak to your provider or we can ask your provider on your behalf.
Is there a minimum down payment?
There can be depending on the payment plan you choose. There is a minimal down payment if choose to take advantage of our in-house, 0% financing option. Alternatively, there is $0 down payment if you choose our 3rd party financing option.
Do you charge for retainers?
Yes, there is a charge for retainers. Please ask us for details as prices vary depending on your treatment plan and needs. We do offer Smile Protection Program to give peace of mind to patients! This program covers your retainers for 7 years – so you don’t have to worry about lost or damaged retainers.
